Although we are mobile we have a cosy abode at Holmsted Himalayas, Cuckfield, West Sussex.

Here you can visit us all year round and enjoy community sessions which run Thursday- Sunday ranging from 50-90 minutes. You will share your experience just iike you would at the spa.

We host events such as Moon rituals, Sound journeys, Outdoor yoga classes , Breathwork evenings, Community pizza parties, Sunset DJ gatherings, Day retreats and much more!

We provide the perfect setting for your own event. We can offer any of our own event services privately for you and your party or rent the space and use it for a hen party, retreat, birthday celebration or something else.

We are also proudly partnered with Tapah Wellbeing who collaborate, host and design day and weekend wellbeing retreats.

The Sauna along with sound baths, yoga, good food, and good people, make for the perfect rejuvenating escape.
