SAUNA YOKU is a wood-fired sauna and wild spa based at the beautiful Holmsted Himalayas in Haywards Heath. Alongside wild swimming, cold plunge, herbal teas and thoughtfully curated experiences, we offer a space to slow down, recover and reconnect through the power of heat and cold.

Whether you're looking to aid post-workout recovery, improve wellbeing, or simply escape the pace of everyday life, our peaceful setting has been created to help you rest, reset and feel your best.

Relax in our cosy sheltered seating area overlooking the Sussex countryside, join one of our regular community sauna sessions, book a private experience with friends, family or a larger group, or immerse yourself in one of our seasonal wellbeing events led by inspiring local practitioners.

While Holmsted Himalayas is our home, SAUNA YOKU is also available as a mobile sauna, bringing the experience to retreats, corporate events, celebrations and wellness gatherings across Sussex.

Created and run by Wellbeing Coach and experienced Yoga Teacher Charlotte , a lover of nature, space holding, community, music, and holistic healing.

Our concept is simple and nature-inspired. Influenced by Scandinavian and Japanese design, Or as we like to call it ‘Scandanese’.
