Our aim is to create a unique, connected and nurturing experience to help you escape your day-to-day.
We are currently based at Holmstead Farm, Cuckfield, West Sussex. Come and see us for sauna sessions, wild swimming and regular workshops, or hire us privately!

Here you can visit us all year round and enjoy private sessions for you, your pals, family and loved ones or get stuck in at one of our regular and popular events!

Whether you fancy a wild spa vibe at home for the weekend or want to up your hosting game… we’ve got you covered.
Sauna Yoku is available for private hire including Weddings, Corporate events, Parties or Retreats. Our service includes drop-off, set-up and pick-up or the option of having it manned for the duration of your hire.
