SAUNA YOKU is a handcrafted, wood-fired mobile sauna based at our beautiful home site, Holmsted Himalayas in Haywards Heath. Alongside wild swimming, cold plunge, herbal teas and bespoke experiences, we offer space to slow down and reconnect.
With room for six and cosy shelter areas, we’ve created a welcoming, nurturing environment designed for deep rest and meaningful connection.

Created and run by Wellbeing Coach and experienced Yoga Teacher Charlotte , a lover of nature, space holding, community, music, and holistic healing.
Our concept is simple and nature-inspired. Influenced by Scandinavian and Japanese design, Or as we like to call it ‘Scandanese’.
